He most recently led Finery, a groundbreaking wardrobe management platform, through its successful acquisition by Stitch Fix in 2019. Prior to that, he founded Vizo, an innovative news technology company that harnessed machine learning and editorial curation to deliver concise, 100-word news summaries—redefining how people consume current events.

Chris brings a rare blend of deep investment expertise and academic rigor. Most recently, he was a Partner at Varadero Capital, where he led investment research and drove strategy in consumer and small business specialty finance. Before that, he was Vice President of M&A at Goldman Sachs, advising on high-impact transactions, and served as a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Harvard University, demonstrating a unique ability to blend analytical precision with strategic insight.
